Prescribed Uniform
All the students must wear the following school uniform in school, during examinations and
organized tours.
WINTER (BOYS/ GIRLS)
- Blazer (Single breast), Navy blue (Compulsory)
- Grey woolen regular trousers- Class IV-XII)
- (Navy Blue Turban for Sikh boys)
- Blue shirt (with proper collar and Modern School Emblem)
- Grey socks
- Blue, yellow and white striped tie (available only at the school’s reception)
- Navy Blue school belt with the Modern School Emblem
- Completely white canvas shoes (for Wednesdays and Saturdays only)
- Completely black leather shoes (with laces) – medium toe.
- Completely black leather shoes (straps FOR GIRLS) (Compulsory)
- Black or white ribbons/bands
NOTE:
- Parents are expected to ensure that their wards are in proper uniform before leaving their homes.
- Jersey (navy blue) plain, ‘V’ neck with light blue stripes on it, (full or half sleeves optional) can
be worn by boys and girls during winter.
- Students are not permitted to wear any other sports shoes.
SUMMER (BOYS/ GIRLS)
- Blue with half sleeves with Modern School Emblem; Sleeveless vests should always be
under the shirt.
- Grey pants (classes IV-XII)
- (Navy Blue Turban for Sikh boys)
- Grey socks
- Blue, yellow and white striped tie (available only at the school’s reception)
- Navy Blue school belt with the Modern School Emblem
- Completely white canvas shoes (for P.E/Games period only)
- Completely black leather shoes (with laces) – medium toe.
- Completely black leather shoes (straps FOR GIRLS)
- Black or white ribbons/bands
- Red checkered grey skirt (Till knee length)
- (no fancy clips or jewellery is allowed)
- Completely black leather shoes with laces, medium or broad toes
- White canvas shoes (for Wednesdays and Saturdays only)
- House T-Shirts and white trousers/skirts with White socks to be worn by students on
Wednesdays and Saturdays
NOTE:
- For all children, boys and girls alike, the proper footwear in both summer and winter is black
leather shoes with laces/buckles (for girls). No shoes of any other colour or kind nor chappals or
other forms of high heeled shoes are permissible.
- As long as a student is on the school rolls he/she must come to school in school uniform.
- Parents must ensure that their wards wear only white undergarments. (Girls white slips and Boys white vests.)
- Students of classes IV and V only are allowed to come in casual wear on their birthdays.
